Regional Project Questions
Which regions has SinoOil Machinery delivered oil processing plants to?
SinoOil Machinery has delivered edible oil processing plants to four major regions: Africa (10 projects across Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Ghana, Tanzania, Zambia, Cameroon, Sudan, and Egypt), Asia (10 projects in Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Kazakhstan), the Middle East (8 projects in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, Iraq, Oman, Jordan, Yemen, and Kuwait), and South America (9 projects in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Ecuador, Uruguay, and Venezuela). In total, 37 documented regional projects with 500+ plants completed worldwide.
What oil types do your regional projects cover?
Our regional projects cover a wide range of edible oils matched to local oilseed production: soybean oil (Nigeria, Kenya, Brazil, Bolivia, Venezuela, Bangladesh), sesame oil (Ethiopia, Tanzania, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Kuwait, Ecuador), peanut/groundnut oil (Uganda, Ghana, Sudan, Vietnam, Paraguay, Uruguay, Jordan), sunflower oil (Zambia, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Argentina), palm oil refining (Cameroon), mustard/rapeseed oil (India, Pakistan), rice bran oil (India), coconut oil and VCO (Philippines, Sri Lanka), black seed oil (UAE), cottonseed oil (Peru), and multi-oil continuous refineries (Egypt, Iran, Indonesia, Colombia, Oman).
How does SinoOil Machinery adapt equipment for different regions?
We adapt equipment for regional requirements in several ways: electrical standards (voltage, frequency, phases — 380V/50Hz for China/Europe, 415V/50Hz for South Asia/Africa, 220V/60Hz for Americas), documentation language (Arabic, French, Farsi, Spanish, Portuguese, Bahasa Indonesia), certification compliance (KEBS Kenya, NAFDAC Nigeria, SFDA Saudi Arabia, ESMA UAE, FSSAI India, HACCP, GMP, Halal, Organic), climatic design (cold-climate heating systems for Kazakhstan, tropical corrosion protection for Philippines and Bangladesh), and power infrastructure (generator-backup AVR designs for Iraq and Venezuela). Each regional project includes factory acceptance testing, pre-shipment inspection, and on-site commissioning by our engineers.
Can I visit a reference plant in my region before placing an order?
Yes. For clients in Africa, Asia, Middle East, and South America, we maintain a network of reference clients who have agreed to allow supervised site visits. Contact us with your region and capacity requirements and we will connect you with an appropriate reference client nearby. Visits are typically arranged within 2–4 weeks and include a factory tour, operational Q&A with the owner, and a review of production records. This is one of the most common steps in our project qualification process for investments above $100,000.
