The 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. Covered: mechanical components (press screws, barrels, gear boxes), electrical components (motors, control panels, sensors), structural components (frames, tanks, vessels). Not covered: normal wear parts (press rings, filter cloths, pump packing, which have defined service lives), damage caused by incorrect operation, damage from contaminated raw material or utilities (wrong voltage, unfiltered water), and modifications made without SinoOil approval.
Typical service lives under normal operation: Press screws (stainless alloy): 800–1,200 operating hours. Press barrel liners: 2,000–3,000 hours. Filter cloths: 3–6 months (depending on material and cleaning frequency). Gear box oil: change every 2,000 hours. V-belt drives: 12–18 months. Vacuum pump mechanical seals: 12–24 months. We provide a maintenance schedule with every plant showing all service intervals.

Yes. SinoOil's technical support WhatsApp line is staffed by our engineering team, not a call centre. The same engineers who designed and commissioned your plant answer support questions. Our support commitment has no expiry date — we have clients who installed plants in 2012 who still receive technical support today, 13 years later. Our business model depends on satisfied long-term clients, not one-time transactions.
Our primary support language is English. For Arabic-speaking clients, we have an Arabic-speaking support engineer available during Gulf business hours (7am–3pm UTC+3). French support is available for West African clients via our French-language technical coordinator. For Spanish and Portuguese (South America), we work with a translated documentation set and have basic communication capability. For any language, sending a photo or video of the issue is the most effective way to get fast help regardless of language barriers.
